Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee residential development projects from project initiation through completion and project close-out.
• Develop project strategies and execution plans in collaboration with the Development, Construction, Marketing, Sales, and After-Sales Service teams.
• Monitor and control construction progress to ensure projects are delivered within budget, quality standards, and scheduled timelines.
• Identify and manage project risks while implementing proactive mitigation plans.
• Oversee project launches, sales performance, and property transfer activities to achieve business targets.
• Manage project cash flow and financial returns in line with the approved business plan.
• Coordinate with internal departments, external organizations, government authorities, and business partners.
• Regularly report project status, business performance, and risk assessments to executive management.
• Enhance the customer journey throughout every stage, from project visits and purchasing to handover and residential living.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in the residential real estate industry.
• At least 5 years of experience in a Senior Management or Director-level position.
• Strong knowledge of residential project development, construction, sales, marketing, and property transfer processes.
• Proven experience managing high-value development projects and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership with the ability to make sound decisions in complex business environments.
• Excellent analytical skills in business, finance, and risk management.
